Shipping Coverage
- Currently, we ship only within India.
- Once your order is placed, it is typically dispatched within 1 business days (2-3 days if there is a festival or holiday in between).
- Tracking details shared via WhatsApp or email on request

Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us on WhatsApp or email
- Once dispatched, cancellations aren’t possible
- Approved cancellations are fully refunded to the original payment method

Returns & Refunds
- Returns accepted within 5 days of receipt
- Refunds processed post quality check to the original payment method
- Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable
- Damaged or incorrect products will be replaced or refunded upon verification

- Delivery times depend on your location and courier service.
- We track your delivery – and if it doesn’t reach within a week, drop us a note and we will reply pretty quickly

Shipping Charges
Shipping rates are displayed at checkout and may vary based on weight or location – though for the most part we charge a single rate as of now. This may change in future as we move to a location driven charge.

Delays
We do our best to meet delivery timelines, but natural calamities, courier delays, or
unforeseen issues may cause minor delays. We’ll keep you informed in such cases.
