Refund policy

We want you to love what you receive. But if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery (as in you have to inform us within 5 days of receipt).
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Refund Process
- Once your return is approved and received, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable – you bear the cost of shipping back to us.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you’ve received a damaged or incorrect item, please share a photo on WhatsApp (+91 6360963945) or email coolturedesignsofficial@gmail.com, and we’ll resolve it promptly.
